UnifiedCare Community Health Center is a private nonprofit community health center that provide preventative primary care health services to all people in the medically underserved communities surrounding the city of Lomita, regardless of ability to pay. The community health center offers a sliding fee discount program to those who are uninsured or underinsured, based on their income, and family size. As a dedicated advocate of health, wellness, and preventative medicine, our health care providers exemplify the standards of accessible and compassionate healthcare.
Most health plans in the Los Angeles County that we accept are L.A. Care, Health Net CA, Anthem Blue Cross of CA, Blue Shield Promise of CA, Molina Healthcare, Optum/Health Care Partners, Humana, WellCare Health Plan, Easy Choice Health Plan, SCAN, United Healthcare and Brand New Day health.
